UNDERWRITING STATUS - REVIEWING FILES SUBMITTED 12/03/2025
As the holiday season approaches, please be advised that THDA’s turn times are expected to increase. To ensure adequate review prior to your scheduled closing, we kindly request that you allow at least 48 hours for file evaluation. If excessive conditions are issued during your file review, review time may take up to an additional 24 hours to clear the conditions and issue the approval.
